Your emotions are telling you something and I love translating that data for you. As a former Yale University emotional intelligence coach I will help you develop a new relationship with your emotions and how to navigate the most unpleasant ones.  Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with executives at both startups, Twitter, Brand Retailers, OJI, ASANA, Peak View Capital, Karp Capital,  and major corporations such as Apple, Walmart, and AT&T.

Before I moved into the business sector, I was a special education teacher and family coach specializing in transforming lives through deep listening, healing and increased intimate experiences among family members. 

I'm also an active member of the Medicine Path Native American Church and weave these sacred teachings and traditions into my coaching, offering a holistic approach that nurtures mind, body, and spirit. One thing life has taught me is that we are never alone and there's always a great mystery supporting our life and listening to our deepest calls for help!

My coaching offerings are designed to support busy executives and families. I also offer programs for people on the medicine path through the Medicine Leadership online group that I co-lead alongside George Bertelstein.

I'm blessed to share my life with my loving wife,  two beautiful daughters and magical cat  in Marin, California.
